What are your plans for Valentine’s Day? I’m actually crashing my parent’s date (so embarrassing I know) but hey that doesn’t mean I can’t look nice right?! I’ve rounded up my favorite lipsticks for the evening– or year round really!
Nars lip gloss in Angelika— This is an amazing every day gloss. I will definitely repurchase this color when I run out. It’s totally subtle yet glamorous. Throw it in your purse and you will thank me!
Bobbi Brown lipstick in Neon Pink— OK this lipstick is really pink but I’m digging it. Don’t be scared by the word “neon!” I affectionately refer to this baby as my Barbie lipstick. It’s a great color for spring and summer.
Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie plumping lip gloss in Game Changer— My lips are pretty thin, so I’m always a sucker when I see the word “plumping” on any lip products. I don’t know if my lips actually look any fuller while wearing this gloss but my lips feel tingly when I first put it on, so I’m going to pretend like I’m Angelina Jolie when I wear it.
YSL lip stain in Rouge Gouache— Okay I admit I initially bought this lipstick because of the pretty bottle, but it is easily my favorite lip stain in my beauty bag right now. It’s a gorgeous color, and it stays on literally all day. Seriously. I put it on around 11 am and it survived through this photo shoot, chimichangas for lunch and pizza for dinner (I’m on a diet obviously). If you buy one product from this post, buy this one!
