Hello! Happy Monday! I hope y’all had a great weekend. I’m so excited to share today’s post with y’all! Stephanie and I had so much fun styling this one. If we’re being honest with each other, no bikes were actually ridden in the making of this shoot. (I don’t think I’ve ridden a bike since I was 5 and there were definitely training wheels and handle bars with pink streamers involved). But it makes for a cute shoot, don’t ya think? ; )
In the spring and summer, I practically live in gingham everything. Of course, J.Crew is my go-to spot for gingham. I think Jenna Lyons and I would probably agree gingham is the best warm-weather print. (It is a very close tie with stripes, of course). Along with gingham, I always stock up on basic T-shirts at J.Crew. A good T-shirt is hard to find. I wear them to the gym or dress them up for the office.
See you back here on Wednesday for a spring makeup post!
I love these gingham shorts! Sometimes I feel like it can be overbearing like with the full blazer/pant combo J. Crew loves to do but I loved the casual styling you did with this!
xx, Merritt

Do you remember where the bike basket was from?!?
