Y’all briefly saw this dress in my birthday brunch post, but I felt like it needed its own outfit post! In addition to being a fabulous birthday dress (!), this dress would also be perfect for Easter, church and summer weddings with its chic neck and hemline. I also have a total color crush on periwinkle blue. It’s such a pretty color for spring. It reminds me so much of the Pantone color of the year, Serenity.
