Happy Friday! Summer Fridays only mean one thing… it’s pool party time! I like to be fully prepared at all times for a pool party. However, the essential components you definitely need to have on hand are a cute bikini, cover up (with tassels preferably) and plenty of snacks. Remember that old wives tale your mom used to tell you about how you should wait 30 minutes before swimming after you’ve eaten? Yeah that doesn’t apply here. I tend to go for fresh fruit and cookies in the shape of fruit. A balanced diet is crucial to keep your bikini bod in shape!
