Hi there! Hope y’all had a fun 4th of July weekend. We had a great time in Houston. I highly recommend Tiny Boxwoods and Ambrosia! Tiny Boxwoods is the cutest restaurant in the middle of a nursery. Go for the best chocolate chip cookie of your life and a glass of sparkling rosé. Ambroisa is an Asian fusion restaurant with really cool décor. The chicken lettuce wraps were delish.

I definitely wish I had packed this off the shoulder top for our short trip to Houston. It was hot, and this coral top would have been a cute way to beat the heat. In this post, I paired it with this daisy miniskirt and this colorful tassel clutch for a summery look. Isn’t this clutch just the cutest?! Y’all know my obsession with tassels knows no bounds! At only $34, it’s easy to buy into the trend.

My top and skirt are both from Nordstrom– as is the majority of my closet. I’m seriously so excited for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I’ve circled it in my planner multiple times in different color highlighters and decorated the date with stickers (I know, very mature).

If you aren’t familiar, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is literally the best sale of the year. Y’all know I appreciate a good sale, but this one is especially good. We get to shop brand new fall arrivals at super sale prices. I’ve gotten a new pair of Tory Burch boots the last two years, because they are so much cheaper during the Sale. I also like to get started on building my fall wardrobe, so I’ll be looking for ankle booties, scarves and jeans most likely.

If you’re a Nordstrom cardholder, you can shop the Sale early on July 14. Items tend to sell like hot cakes, and I like having first access to the best stuff. Nordstrom offers both credit card and debit card options. If you don’t want either, you can shop the Sale when it opens to the public on July 22. Prices go back to normal on August 8.

You can preview some of the items that are going to be on sale in the catalog here. Keep in mind, the catalog only shows ¼ of the items that will actually be on sale!

As always, Nordstrom offers free shipping and returns. Icing on the cake, right?

To celebrate the upcoming sale, I’ve teamed up with some fellow bloggers for a fun giveaway! Enter below up to 101 times for a chance to win a $1,225 gift card to Nordstrom just in time for the big Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Complete 1 entry or 101 entries, but the more times you enter, the better chance you will have!

*Giveaway ends on 7/13 and the winner will be announced on July 14 (the first day of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale). Must be 16+ years older to enter. International entrants welcome. Please keep in mind that you cannot complete more than 101 entries, and that we can tell if the same person uses multiple emails to enter.
