Stripes will always hold a special place in my heart/closet. Add in ruffle sleeves, and I am THRILLED. I mean, stripes + ruffles. Is there a better combination out there? As if this couldn’t get any better, this darling dress comes in two colors and there’s a top version too! Would y’all judge me if I bought the dress and top in both colors?? My bank account will hate me, but my closet will love me. Who else has been in a similar dilemma?!
