I’m the kind of person who needs a cup of coffee in the morning. Adulting is hard, and I’ll take all the help I can get—especially when it comes with cream and two Splendas. Royal Blue Grocery in Highland Park Village is one of my favorite places to grab coffee on my way to work. Yummy coffee and a pretty atmosphere always does it for me. Royal Blue is also a neighborhood grocery store, so you can stock up on some essentials when you’re there (ie wine).
In other news, isn’t this gingham top a cutie for summer? I’m always such a sucker for gingham, and of course J.Crew always nails it during the summer. The ruffle hem is such a fun added touch. This top has become one of my favorite mood-lifters when I’m getting dressed in the mornings.
