Drumroll, please! Isn’t this dress SO fun?! It makes me want to hop on a cruise and drink lots of margaritas (on the rocks with salt, duh). Off the shoulder tops are so trendy right now and who doesn’t love a good flounce sleeve? Plus, this dress is only $15, so I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t buy it! I added my favorite turquoise tassel earrings and colorful tassel bracelets, because I just couldn’t resist.
