when I ripped this neon-pink, polka-dot dress out of its packaging! At only
$24.80, it’s amazing affordable and a must-have for spring and summer. My turquoise, eye-catching necklace is also from Forever21 and rings up at only
$5.80. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I’m pretty proud of my smart
shopping! What have been some of your best wallet-friendly buys?
