I love absolutely
everything about “Pretty Woman.” I know, I know, the feminist inside of me
wants to dislike the movie because essentially, a wealthy man saves a
prostitute. BUT “Pretty Woman” still
ranks as my third favorite movie (“When Harry Met Sally” and “Jerry Maguire” come
in at first and second place respectfully). The scene when the awful Beverly
Hills sales girls won’t let Julia Robert’s character Vivian shop?
Heartbreaking. And what about Vivian’s famous line, “I want the fairytale?” It
gets me every time. Because of Vivian’s polka dot dress in the iconic polo
scene, I’ve affectionately named this dress my “Pretty Woman” dress. Just call
it homage to cinematic greatness.

Two things. 1. You look amazing in this dress, Brooke! I absolutely love polka dots and could pretty much wear them every day. 2. I'm so happy to have found someone who has an equal love for "Pretty Woman." That scene you mentioned about the sales girls not letting Vivan shop really is so heartbreaking. I've got to say that I absolutely love the looks on their faces when she comes back later on though. 3. I couldn't just stop at 2 – I adore you blog!
